5536-1 Rigid Mica Plate for Commutator Separators

1.  Scope

    The products consist of mica paper which is impregnated with a suitable binder and is pressed under heat and pressure to form a hard rigid plate. The plate have higher mechanical strength,can be used as insulation for commutator of DC motor.

3.  Technical Requirements

3.1  General Requirements
    This product should be of uniform hardness, free from blister or foreign matter, cut edges are smooth and atraight and no delamination.

3.2.2  Length and width
    Rccommended dimension of the rigid mica plate for 5536-1 is 600x1000mm, or to be agreed between supplier and purchaser. The tolerance on the nominal length and width for sheets trimmed to spdcified size is ±5%.
